Jason T. Chiakowsky, DDS
With over 20 years as an Orthodontist in the Inland Empire, Dr. Chiakowsky has seen the rewards of his career smiling back at him on a daily basis. He began his educational path in Canada where he was born before moving to California to attend Dental School at Loma Linda University. It was here that he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree as well as his Masters of Science in Orthodontics. Through his wide circle of friends while attending University he met his wife Heather and together they have a daughter and a son. As a family they enjoy traveling, music and being outdoors. If you enjoy sports you are likely to connect with Dr. C but look out for him the most at your local ice rink, golf course or ski resort.
Dr. Chiakowsky keeps current with the continuing education of his profession, has enjoyed mission trips for Dentistry and has presented lectures in his Orthodontic specialty. He is an active member in his professional societies and has received several awards throughout his career:
